this machine is a great edgebander, its fast and includes premilling, the premilling station is 2 high speed diamond router bits that take of the thickness of the edging before the glue is applied to the edger, this gives a perfect start and allows the glue to be put on a cleaner face, the router cutters also take of the scorer chips and allow the factory to cut the components finished size and then the routers take of the thickness of the edging and then the edging is glued onto the face making it the same size again.
